Using thin beancurd skin or tau poey to wrap the marinated pork is an easy task. Traditionally, Lor Bak is served with a sweet and tangy dipping sauce made from vinegar, sugar, and garlic, or with a simple chili sauce. For Vegetarians, we will replaced with taro or sweet potatoes for you. I honestly loved the vegetarian version.
