Babi Pongteh

Babi Pongteh (Nyonya Sand ginger Pork Stew) is a savoury and slightly sweet braised meat stew made with potatoes, mushrooms, and fermented soybeans. Main ingredients are meat pieces and potatoes.

Main ingredients are meat pieces and potatoes. Duck, chicken and pork are all time favourite for cooking with sand ginger roots and nutmeg powder.

A blended paste consisting Fermented soybeans paste (Miso), garlic, onions, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and cooking oil.

We will replace with vegetarian products if you prefer not to use chicken or pork.
